Its a pity,In my flat we are girls from different countries and we usually talk on political issues too, yesterday I was telling them about this, 1st they said "the girls must be coming to race with hijab", I said no, if the Islamic scholars ask for this,it will be even a bigger issue and its not a matter at the moment, and to my surprise just knowing about the bit of islam I have told them they said "but then shd it not be separate races for men and women? and even when some scholars are saying so there shd not be harm in it. The purpose is a healthy activity, Y they are forcing to have men and women together".Y???. In our country where the rate of woman literacy is low, where women are not secure , where women health is not good. we are protesting for race of few girls and by such things what we are showing to world nothing but a bad impression of Islam and of Pakistan. What is the role of NGOs in our country every body knows, human rights ki dhajian tu iin kai undroon e khana urrati hain. May Allah show us the right path. I am really bad in writing so If something goes wrong I am sorry.

The Politics Partices of pakistan, doesn't matter they r Religious or Social, they really don't care about the people's problem. I have no idea why these parties always protest on thoes issues which r not concern with peoples life. They need to make them self positive. They need to think. Why these parties never protest when the salaries and all allownces of MPAs and ministers r increased while mostly pakistanis just earn 1 $ a day. Because they just do the NOORA KUSHTI. they don't care about the peoples they just wanna come on the news. and wanna live. I just wanna ask Banazir and nawaz sharif were prime minister of pakistan twice.. wht they did. every body knows, how they handle the matters its was awful, Still their party think these two leaders r the back bone of pakistan... (Allah Save Pakistan from Such Leaders). if leaders make mistack two times and never learn then why again 3rd time. r these parties have no more Leaders to replace them.

Yak dukhtar az Pakistan:
I understand your concern. I have lived abroad and also visited different countries. It was only blessing of God that people abroad generally did not recognize me as a man from India or Pakistan. On becoming familiar when I told them, either they used to say “why your people are like that?” or “you do not look like one of them”. They were right because I have always been a misfit in our society in my beloved country.

This is a very unfortunate situation. Every body tell others to do what he / she likes and not what is actually right. It is not because one person or group is bad but because majority of our nation is myopic, self-centered and selfish. The only way out is that all of us do the little bit what we can do to put it right and stop blaming others for our misdeeds. The problem of our nation is not to sing, dance or go half naked on the roads but to arrange clothes for those who have no money to buy clothes and to make those literate who can not even write their names. We call ourselves Muslim and do every thing against the teachings of Islam. After all where are we heading to ?

Shabbir:
You are right in saying that real issues are not taken up by any body or party these days, whether government or opposition or the so-called human rights organizations. They only take up non-issues and make a mountain out of the mole-hill just for self aggrandizement.

So far as madrassah or Mullah is concerned, please, just for once visit these madrassahs and see for your self how much they instigate for Jihad. Those were specially opened madrassahs under instructions of US government during rule of Zia ul Haq and for which funds were provided by US government to produce fighters to fight against USSR forces in Afghanistan. Leaders and trainers of those fighters, including Osama Bin Laden, were trained in America. Those madrassahs are non-existant now.

Regarding Jihad, it is in Islam and there are several kinds of it: when attacked upon, against aggression / oppression / illiteracy / evil acts / evil desire, etc.

It is better to read Qur’aan al-Hakeem with translation with intention to understand and not to find faults because faults, without suggesting remedy, can be pointed out in the perfect most thing.
